- Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

General Prohibitions
- Prohibited Uses You may use the Website/app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website/app, or which, as determined by law, may harm DocTutorials or users of the Website/app or expose them to liability
- Additionally, you agree not to:

- Use, display, mirror or frame the Website or App, or any individual element within the Website, Services or App, DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd, or DocTutorials’s names, any DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd express written consent;
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Website or App, DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd providers;
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any DocTutorials system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

- DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law.
- DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms.
- You acknowledge that
- DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Website, Services, App or Collective Content or to review or edit any Collective Content, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Website, Services and App, to ensure your compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body having jurisdiction.
- DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Collective Content that DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd, at its sole discretion, considers being in violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or otherwise harmful to the Website, Services or App.
Indemnity
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from, and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, proceedings or demands, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of, or in any way connected with your access to, or use of the Website, Services, App or Collective Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
- In no event shall the company, its affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, officers or directors, be liable to subscriber or any third party, for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether or not company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or of any web site referenced or linked to from the services.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, subscriber’s exclusive remedy and company and its affiliate’s entire liability, if any, for any claims arising out of these terms of service, shall be limited to the lesser of the amount paid by subscriber to DocTutorials in subscription fees during the 6-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim or action arose.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the site, services, app and collective content remains with you.

- Any other trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective parties.
- No right, title or interest in, or to the Services, or any portion thereof, is transferred to any Subscriber or Authorized End User, and all rights not expressly granted herein, are reserved by DocTutorials.
Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
- Except as provided in the addenda applicable to your specific jurisdiction provided with the Terms and except where mandatory law supersedes this choice of law clause, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Notices:
Any notices or other communications permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in a written form and given:- By DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd via email (in each case, to the address that you provide); or
- By posting on the Website; or
- Via App Notifications
For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior agreements, representations, statements, and undertakings, oral or written, are hereby expressly superseded and cancelled.
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes between you and DocTutorials, arising out of, or concerning these Terms, including but without limitation any dispute as to the interpretation of these Terms, any alleged breach of these Terms, the right of a party to exercise any right or remedy herein provided which have not been settled by informal negotiations or mediation, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India and the place of arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State.
- The failure of DocTutorials to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd.
- Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
- If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Violations
- In the event that you breach any term of this agreement, DocTutorials may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, your access to the site, and its provision of services to you without refund.
- DocTutorials reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity, for such breaches.
No Warranties
- DocTutorials.com provides its services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- DocTutorials does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made through the site by any party other than www.DocTutorials.com.
- Other than as required under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will www.DocTutorials.com be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through the site. - www.DocTutorials.com reserves the right to withdraw subscriptions and the complete site if necessary. If this ever becomes necessary, users will only pay for the time of their subscription that has elapsed (on a pro-rata basis).
- www.DocTutorials.com will use reasonable efforts to rectify any error that occurs on its site but does not guarantee access to the site in case of software errors/viruses/other natural or technical catastrophes that cannot be repaired in spite of a reasonable effort.
- www.DocTutorials.com will use reasonable efforts to keep its site online at all times. The user understands, however, that scheduled maintenance and problems that are beyond the control of www.DocTutorials.com can cause the site to be temporarily unavailable.
Terms and Conditions for the DocTutorials WhatsApp users
- You are subscribing to the DocTutorials service and taking part in engaging with us over WhatsApp.
- You may unsubscribe from the channel at any time.
- These terms and conditions may be withdrawn/superseded/cancelled/ halted by DocTutorials at any time for any reason, without any prior notice.
- You are requested to visit DocTutorials website (www.DocTutorials.com) for regular updates and changes.
- You shall make sure of an appropriate network connection. The receipt of messages by Customer shall be subject to their personal network connection. DocTutorials shall not be held liable for any delay or non-receipt of any communication on WhatsApp.
- DocTutorials will disclose the nature of the communication, either promotional or alerts/notification/update, on its WhatsApp channel. DocTutorials reserves the right, to its discretion, to add or remove this feature on WhatsApp.
- Subscribing to WhatsApp will allow DocTutorials to send all its communication to the customer on WhatsApp. DocTutorials shall have sole discretion to stop sending these alerts to the customer on any other medium.
- Customers shall not submit or transfer any content through this service that is unethical, immoral or malicious.
- Under no circumstances shall DocTutorials, or its agents, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, and contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that are a consequence of the inability to use this service or for receipt of any answer provided by the program running at the back-end.
- The customer understands that using WhatsApp may carry extra risks and this third-party app may not be secure. Further any message and information exchanged is subject to the risk of being read, interrupted, intercepted, or defrauded by a third party, or otherwise subject to manipulation by third party, or involve delay in transmission. DocTutorials shall not be responsible or liable to the customer or any third party for the damages or consequences arising out of using, or in connection with this service.
- DocTutorials has the right to withdraw the service anytime it deems fit.
